Seize the day: for the special offers of the Autostadt
Feel free to spend some time exploring before or after car pick-up. You are going to be surprised how much there is to see with up to six family members and friends. You could visit the family-area MobiVersum, located in the Groupforum with a gigantic motion sculpture where children can climb or visit crafting- or cooking workshops for children. LEVEL GREEN is an exhibition on sustainability that shows lifelike examples of resource consumption and visionary concepts for climate protection and sustainable mobility. During a car tower ascend you can see the glass high-bay warehouse of the new cars from the inside – maybe you car has been waiting for its pick-up here, too. Brand presentations in different pavilions further deepen your knowledge about the brand and the presentation areas are artistically made up. An absolute must for car-enthusiasts is the ZeitHaus that has classic cars by over 50 manufacturers on display.
These services are included in the “pick-up experience classic” package:
- up to 4 tickets and one voucher for 2 tickets to the Autostadt
- guided tour (60 minutes)
- vouchers with a total value of 70 € (valid until 7 days after validation): 30 € for the Autostadt restaurants or the Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg restaurants; 20 for the Autostadt shops; 20 € for the Volkswagen accessory shop (on Sundays and holidays – only sale of Volkswagen lifestyle products and security-related items according to the StVo. Valid until 7 days after validation)

Goodbye! Returning your car.
After your leasing contract has expired, you can return your Volkswagen to Munich, Ingolstadt, Heilbronn or Hamburg. Or – in case you wish to collect your next car in Wolfsburg – you can also give back the old one in Wolfsburg. You just have to take your car to a return station close to the Autostadt. A taxi will then take you to the Autostadt where you will receive your new Volkswagen. We will inform you about anything you need to know for returning your car in due time.
Audi Collect & Return
Welcome! Let’s get started in Ingolstadt, Neckarsulm or München.
You or any other person authorised by you may collect your new Audi in Ingolstadt or Neckarsulm. The pickup location will be determined at contract conclusion. You will have the chance to experience the fascinating world of Audi in the „Audi Forum". Alternatively, you can have your new Audi transferred to MAHAG in Munich.You will find all relevant information in our download centre where you will find all you need to know for collecting your new car and which documents you will have to bring along.
Audi new car pick-up – a good start with your new Audi
Arrive and relax: In our Audi forums Neckarsulm and Ingolstadt we provide a special framework for your first exciting encounter with your new Audi. It is of course your choice where to pick up your Audi.
The program items are slightly different on each site. Enjoy your special day with everything that comes with it.
Services of the Audi new car pick-up:
- handover with explanation and demonstration
- guided tour of vehicle manufacturing
- filled tank
- visit of the classic car exhibition in Neckarsulm; visit of the Audi museum mobile in Ingolstadt (with guided tour if desired)
- invitation to the restaurant Nuvolari (Neckarsulm) or Audi Markt restaurant (Ingolstadt)
- information on your pick-up day online or via myAudi-app
Goodbye! Returning your car.
After your leasing contract has expired, you can return your Audi to Munich or Hamburg. Or – in case you wish to collect your next car in Ingolstadt or Neckarsulm – you can also give back the old one to Heilbronn. You just have to take your car to a return station close to one of the Audi Foren. A taxi will then take you to the Audi Forum, where you will receive your new Audi . We will inform you about anything you need to know for returning your car in due time.
My Insurance.
The leasing contract optionally includes liability insurance and the comprehensive insurance service; the costs are already included in the monthly leasing rates.
Service scope insurance (optional).
The contract will include an auto third-party liability and full insurance cover. The deductible in case of a claim under a full insurance cover will be: € 500.00 and € 150.00 for partial insurance cover.
The following will be included as well:
- Accidental damage, including those caused by oneself
- Willfull damage by third parties
- Coinsured parts without contribution up to € 20,000.00 (inclusive of VAT)
- Theft, fire, explosion
- Elemental damage (storm, hail, ligthning, floods)
- Collision with furred game and with horses, cattle, sheep and goats
- Damage caused by marten
- Broken glass
- Emergency management
- Claims service
Overview of your benefits:

With its more than 3,000 contact points in Germany alone, Volkswagen and Audi offers you a nationwide service network. This will ensure that you will be able to have your car inspected or repaired anywhere and anytime quickly and without any problems. All workshop services will be carried out by authorised Volkswagen workshops and with original spare parts. With our integrated replacement mobility service we guarantee, that the time your car will spend in the workshop will not be longer than envisaged giving ensuring you can enjoy maximum mobility.
No costs for maintenance and wear.
The leasing rate will include costs for maintenance, inspections and wear-and-tear repairs, and costs for towing and rescue services and replacement mobility in the case of breakdown and service call. Since there are no hidden costs whatsoever (e.g. for wipers or light bulbs), you will benefit from an exceptional price-performance ratio.
Unlimited driving pleasure.
Your leasing contract will include an annual mileage of at least 10,000.00 km. If you want to drive more than that, you may buy additional packages of 2,500 kilometres each.

Volkswagen and Audi offer all Airbus Group employees and former employees who have retired and who receive regular pension payments to buy a new Volkswagen or Audi model at very attractive leasing conditions. You can be assured that you will find your desired model from the various Vorlkswagen or Audi model series.
My Leasing.
Our exclusive tailor-made Leasing Programme for Airbus Group staff members offers employees attractive conditions including all the little details. The monthly rate will be calculated on the basis of the gross list price, the scope of options and the mileage agreed.
2 years term.
The binding term of the MyCompany MyCar or MyCompany MyAudi Leasing Programme will be for two years only which means that you will enjoy complete flexibility after that term. You will then be able to decide for a model that will perfectly meet your current needs. The maximum number of cars you can choose per year is one.
Who will be allowed to use the leasing programme?
All staff members and pensioners who receive a company pension from Airbus Group may use this attractive leasing programme and may choose their own car for them. Condition is also a principal residence in Germany.
Your Volkswagen or Audi model.
You can either choose a new car from our stocks or you may configure your model according to your wishes. However, the cars will come with some basic features anyway and you will shop for different cars depending on the model you chose. You may also purchase one set of winter tyres at favourable rates as well. Delivery times will depend on the model you choose. We will accept your used car in part exchange, if you wish.
