What is covered with the monthly leasing rate?
The monthly leasing rate covers all costs for customer service and repair of wear parts and if you’d like, also the motor third party insurance and full insurance as well if needed your winter tires.
What’s the duration of my leasing contract?
The duration is 24 months.
Can I extend my leasing contract?
In exception, if your succession car is delayed, you can extend the leasing contract up to 3 months.
Can I resign the contract before the official leasing expiration?
No. An ordinary notice of termination is not possible. A dismissal for exceptional reasons is possible. Any such requests must be submitted individually.
What‘s NOT included in the leasing rate?
- Transfer costs
- Vehicle tax
- Registration and deregistration costs
- Winter tires (optional)
- Refill fluids
What are the payment options?
The monthly leasing rates will be charged off your bank account you’ve advised with signing the contract. Any other payment methods are not possible.
Can I exceed or fall below the agreed mileage?
Yes, a mileage of 2,500 km more / less kilometers on your total mileage will not be taken into account. A compensation of less kilometers will only take place up to 10.000 kilometers. If you exceed the arranged mileage, you will be charged for the extra kilometers.
The basic mileage of the leasing model is 10.000 Kilometers per year. If you would like to have more, the leasing rate increases.
When can or should I order the next vehicle?
The ideal time would be 6 months before the expiration date of the existing leasing, to ensure an easy takeover of your new Volkswagen / Audi.
Where do I have to return my car?
In general you will return your car at the pick-up place where you receive your new car. If you don’t ordered a new car, so you will have to return the car in one of our return station in Munich, Heilbronn and Hamburg. Other Cities are not possible. Please contact us in appropriate time to arrange an return appointment.
Who may use the car?
Anyone you allow to drive is covered with the insurance. There’s no such thing as defined group of users.
Please be aware, that these only counts if you’re using the Insurance offer of MyCompany My Car. If you choose your own insurance company, please contact them for any further information.
May my underage children drive?
Yes, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. You don’t have to be that adult yourself.
Please note that this only applies if you selected liability insurance and the comprehensive coverage service when concluding the contract.
Otherwise, you will need to contact your chosen insurer regarding this matter.
Can I use my vehicle for business purposes?
For business trips, please use the current internal regulations of the Airbus Group.
May I use my car for commercial purposes?
No. No use within the meaning of the industrial code (Gewerbeordnung, GewO).
May I drive across the border?
Yes, within Europe and also within the territorial scope of your insurance.
Will I have to pay for any transfer costs?
Yes.

All prices are gross prices.
Which workshop will make inspections and any necessary repair works?
Inspections, maintenance and repairs may be made by authorised contract workshops of Volkswagen AG or Audi AG only.
Do I have to ensure proper care for my car?
Please treat your leasing car in the same way like you would treat your own car. Proper care will pay off at the end of the leasing term. Regular hot wax car wash and cleaning the interior will not only have positive effects on your car, it will also improve your own image and you will enjoy your car even more.
